The founder
Founded in 2011 by Richard Fleisher.
Our mission is to design superior, personalized, and innovative financing solutions that enable clients to achieve their business and personal goals. Richard brings decades of experience and innovation in the transportation and equipment financing space to both the commercial and consumer markets.
He owned and operated a prominent transportation finance company specializing in trailer, recreational vehicle, and transportation financing, developing and servicing a vast portfolio of clients. He also served as a consultant and advisor for a large bank's transportation finance department.
That knowledge, expertise, and track record of success have been instrumental in the growth of Lenox Marketing Group, which now builds the programs and partnerships behind financing for everything from commercial trucks and trailers to consumer RVs and boats.
